Marc Kloepfel sums up: “After our foundation in 2007, we have reached a size in Germany that requires a reorganization of the top management in order to serve the purchasing and supply chain management of our clients in the best possible way. Alexander and Duy have been with us since the early days and are the guarantors of our successful development and stability in today’s dynamic times.”
“We are addressing the five purchasing megatrends of this decade to develop new products and consulting services,” explains Alexander Hornikel. “These include digitalization, risk management, sustainability, skills shortages and cost reduction. In this way, we want to protect our customers’ purchasing and supply chains from risks such as autocratic states and forces of nature.”
Thanh Duy Tran says, “Our stakeholders, EPSA Group and our employees have helped us strengthen our international growth. We are very grateful for that.”
EPSA Group had acquired four companies from the Düsseldorf-based Kloepfel Group in the summer of 2021. According to analyses by market research firm Lünendonk, the new alliance of EPSA and Kloepfel is the largest consulting group specializing in procurement and supply chain management in the pan-European region, with more than 1,400 employees.
The multiple award-winning consultancy Kloepfel Consulting was last listed as “World’s Best Management Consulting Firms” in 2022 by the American business magazine Forbes.
