Kloepfel Consulting and Onventis enter sales partnership
On the road to even greater connectivity, Onventis has agreed a strategic sales partnership with award-winning procurement consultancy Kloepfel Consulting. The partnership between Kloepfel Consulting and Onventis is intended to promote the penetration of e-procurement solutions in German-speaking SMEs.
The sales partnership includes the set-up and operation of a procurement platform. Kloepfel Consulting will provide first-level support for customer-based processes, implementation of Onventis’ e-procurement solutions optimized for medium-sized businesses, and seamless content integration. Founder and Managing Director Marc Kloepfel emphasizes: “Together we are working on a closer integration of our established solutions for sustainable purchasing optimization with the innovative procurement solutions from Onventis. Because when it comes to digital transformation, medium-sized purchasing is not yet as far along as one might assume. However, the degree of digitalization today is a decisive factor in determining whether a company will be well positioned tomorrow.”
In addition to the Theben AG Group, a specialist and long-established company for timers, lighting and climate control systems in electrical engineering, the first customers include Mateco, the leading provider in the rental of work platforms, and Luehr Filter, a technology leader in the field of air pollution control.

The collaboration is simple and transparent for customers: Kloepfel Consulting is the sole contractual partner and the e-procurement specialist Onventis ensures the operation and further development of the procurement platform. “The aim of the partnership is to offer purchasing managers a holistic solution package for procurement optimization via the Onventis Cloud Procurement Network.
