Schilling as a partner of KCF. <\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;The central location in Frankfurt convinced us from the very beginning,&#8221; explains v. Schilling. &#8220;Our office is not only easily accessible for clients and business partners &#8211; future employees also benefit from the modern office at the exclusive address and the ideal connection to the existing transport infrastructure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sven-Roger v. Schilling looks back on more than 10 years as CFO and CEO of medium-sized technology companies and has extensive experience in national and international small and mid-cap M&#038;A transactions, IPOs and other financings via the capital market. He also co-founded Germany&#8217;s second SPAC. For the last eight years, v. Schilling worked as an independent corporate finance consultant and acquired expertise in modern, digital forms of corporate finance such as crowdfundings and security token offerings. v. Schilling started his career in 1994 as a management consultant for CSC Index in Germany and the USA and then worked for several years for Lafarge Roofing as VP Corporate Development.<\/p>\n<h3>KCF looks optimistically into the future<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;Having already grown to over 10 employees this year, we are now strengthening our market presence in particular with Sven-Roger v.
